Mosul the first news, confirmed also by sources in Baghdad,
of the kidnapping of two Syriac catholic priests:
Father Pios Affas and Father Mazin Isho'a
. The piece of news was given, according to a source in
north Iraq, by the Syriac Catholic bishop of Mosul,
Mgr. George Qas Musa who told it to the Chaldean
bishop of the same city, Mgr. Faraj P. Rahho
and who, for this reason, could not participate to
the opening in Erbil of the medical center in memory of
Father Ragheed Ganni.
