Town Hall Meeting
For
Chaldean
Federation of America (CFA)
Two members who arrived to San Diego
from Michigan are Mike George, the Chairman of the Chaldean
Federation of America (CFA), and Joe kassab, the Executive Director.
They attended the town hall meeting at St. Peter Chaldean Cathedral
on Monday April 30th, 2007. The purpose of their visit
was to announce the CFA office in San Diego and their affiliation
with Chaldean-Middle Eastern Social Services (CMSS), a local
organization that provide services to the Chaldean community, both
organizations will be servicing the Chaldean community in the west
coast.
More than 300 Chaldeans attended the
town hall meeting. Members of the delegation answered all the
questions regarding immigration and resettlement issues.
