Notes for Sunday:

1- Today is the feast of St. Thomas –Patron Saint of the Patriarchate.

2- We will start this week and for three months preparing the New Directory of four years 2008-2011. This is the last time we will remind everyone to call the church if the address or phone number has changed. We will start calling anyone who we have insufficient information about their household.

3- This Tues.: Parish Council meeting at 7:00 pm.

4- Next Thursday will start Chaldean classes from 5-7 pm starting July 5^th through August 9^th. We urge sodality members to attend so they learn the Chaldean Liturgy. There will be handouts outside the church.

5- Next Friday is the 1^st  Friday from the month  the Sacred Heart Sodality 

     Will have prayer service at 4pm & Mass 5:00pm.

6- There will be retreat for four days from August 16^th – 19^th at St. George Monastery in Riverside for young adults ages from 18-25. Registration deadline: Asap, or August 2^nd.

7- You may obtain the new Sawra bulletin at the main door of the Church.
