The Advisory Committee held a special meeting on January 26, 2008 to hear His Grace Mar Bawai read the “Declaration of Intention” which was approved by the clergy of the Assyrian Catholic Apostolic Diocese at a special meeting held on January 17, 2008.

 

            Members of the committee discussed the declaration in full and raised a number of questions for further clarifications. H.G. Mar Bawai answered all the questions to the satisfaction of all present.

 

            A motion to endorse the “Declaration of Intention” was unanimously approved by those present in the meeting.
