Must be of Chaldean
heritage.
2.
Must be a 2007/2008
academic year graduate from a high school or college
3.
Must submit a
completed application by Sunday, June 15, 2008.

ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIP (HIGH SCHOOL ONLY)
1.
Must meet basic
eligibility requirements.
2.
Submit personal
biography and future study plans
3.
Scholarship
evaluation is based on 100 awarded points distributed as
follows:
a.
Academic
Achievement (an endorsed copy of Transcript) ...65 points
b.
Scholastic
Assessment Test (SAT) score................................25
points
c.
Leadership
activities (Awards, Community Services, etc)...10 points
II.
Newcomer’s
SCHOLARSHIP
(HIGH SCHOOL ONLY)
1.
Must meet basic
eligibility requirements.
2.
Less than 2 years
residency in the USA
3.
Submit personal
biography and future study plans
4.
Scholarship
evaluation criteria same as Academic.
III.
LEADERSHIP AWARD (HIGH SCHOOL AND COLLEGE)
1.
Must meet basic
eligibility requirements.
2.
Submit personal
biography, leadership achievements and future study plans
3.
Leadership Award
evaluation is based on 100 points distributed as follows:
