Fr. Andrew Younan visited St. Barbara Parish from Saturday to Sunday, January 23-24, 2010 as a visiting priest in order to aid Fr. Andrawes Toma in giving a Bible Study on Saturday evening at 6 PM and celebrating Mass on Sunday morning. The Bible study, attended by 20 young people and a handful of parents, was on the subject of the Book of Jonah, in preparation for the Ba’utha of the Ninevites which the Church will be remembering this Monday to Wednesday. After the Bible Study was a Q&A session where the young people asked many questions regarding the Faith. Fr. Andrew will be returning for a similar visit on February 13-14.
